As a woman who wears many hats - a wife, a mother, and a business owner - I understand the challenges of juggling multiple roles. I know how demanding it can be to find balance in life. That's why I specialize in working with women who hold managerial or executive positions, as well as business owners, helping them navigate these challenges.

Living with intention is key, and I'm passionate about teaching you how to change negative self-talk and quiet the inner critic. As your coach, I'll be your accountability partner, guiding you towards your goals at a pace that feels right for you. My strategically designed exercises help women reach their goals while experiencing the joy of achievement.

THE PROCESS

My goal is to provide our clients with the tools they need to lead successful and fulfilling lives. We strive to make a difference in the lives of all the women we work with.

I meet with my clients on a weekly basis for 45 minutes. During each session I allow my clients to lead based on whatever pressing issue or topic of choice they would like to discuss.

HELPING YOU GET THERE

After each session, specific goals for the week or homework will be assigned based on the area we are tackling. I serve as your accountability partner using a variety of methods (email, texts, and weekly reviews) to ensure you are focused on the goals you have set. 

WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?

First and foremost, let's clarify that a Life Coach is NOT a Clinical Therapist. While some therapists also work as coaches, they approach each role differently. In therapy, the focus often involves exploring your past to understand the present.
